i don think can, but its depends on the personality, on my case, my ex-gf keep on say there is a good fren between gals n boys, but at last, she noe cannot be, bcoz she loves the guys....

Everybody makes this such an issue but it's not. Some guys can be your friend and some can't, it's that simple. People are individuals and it's not fair to group all guys together or all girls together as being one way. Friends come in all shapes, sizes, ages, colors AND genders.

well, true to what one of the posters wrote, some guys or girls can be friends yet some cant..its juz a matter of finding out which is which=)i've had my spate of girls who call me 'BEST FRIENDS' yet in the end the moved on afta finding boyfriends..but i'm not losing hope that guys and girls can indeed be best friends=)i've seen alot of cases where guys will be 'BEST FRIENDS' wit a girl juz because she is hot and as a way to get close to her..afta the girl rejects him,thats when the guy goes into withdrawal syndrome and being possesive..sighs..
