Does anybody know how to record on PVR a repeated program.
Eg AXN every Wednesday 11pm every week.
On the previous Astro Max, you can set a weekly schedule, daily except weekends, etc.

The Series Link feature on b.yond seems to record some weird timings, with some shows on the same day on AXN and AXN HD.

Thanks

Wat is the point of giving 3D when most Msians do not have the sets in the first place ! To me the effort is prematured brows.gif That does not mean we are agaist new technology, we are against the timing, I feel HD Variety shld be given proirity instead of 3D nod.gif

For those who own 3DTV set will greatly appreciate Astro effort icon_rolleyes.gif

This is the best bet they can give it right now to show there are capable to bring 3D content. I appreciate their effort although I don't have 3D set now.

AFter WC I will cancel my HD services and just keep PVR services.... sweat.gif

Agreed! I might want to remove my HD service as well. But I think we need to pay penalty fee of RM 10.00 for package downgrade as well. Rm 30.00 per month of additional subscription fees are too expensive.

They will even disable the HDMI slot and we will have to use composite cable? Correct me if I'm wrong.

For those who are looking for Stacker-Destacker, I can confirm that Jalan Pasar shops do not know what it is. One thought it was a brand and others thought it was Double Decker. Anyway only Astro has this and currently out of stock.

yeah, all 5 of them, hooray!!

Singtel/Starhub joining up with Resorts World means that the broadcast will probably be to a cineplex where more people can view it.

not enable 3D support = cannot watch
DIY 3D glasses = cannot watch

cross eyes and adjust distance, maybe eh

You should perhaps read up about the 3D technology they are using with broadcasting

It's ONE match. It's not like the channel will last until the end of the year.

Your argument backfires on you. Most Malaysians do not have HDTV sets in the first place either.

No. This is side-by-side 3D (not frame sequential, like 3D BD), according to TJ. If you tune in to that channel, you'll see both the left and right image simultaneously.

And slightly off-topic, the first full HD 3D projector has been released already. Made by LG, the CF3D is a dual-engine, single-lens projector based on the SXRD imager. This may mean it has 6 SXRD panels inside. Able to handle all manner of 3D input, it has dual HDMI 1.4 ports. Costs US$10,000, it has a built-in Z-screen inside which means that owners can use the cheaper circular polarized glasses to experience 3D.
