Just went SenQ saw a 3d LED my god its amost RM20,000 with a basic AVR system !!! I wonder for who is the match tommorrow on asstro ! Tommorrow I am aslo saying bbye to sports pack first !

Yup, goes online at 2.20am and offline after the match, confirmed by Astro's fb. I'll be keeping my sports pack even after the WC. The sports pack is the real reason for my Astro, LIVE HD. If not for sports , I won't bother about Astro at all. Other HD contents can be easily downloadable.

If you do not have Sports package why have Astro HD? Other programs can dwnload wat.

Astro won't hire me because they already have people working there and I am sure their HR manager can't assess a person properly. (else why they hire people who can't perform ?)

For example, (problem for MANY years)

What's the point of having that Audio and Subtitle settings if they don't work ?

Audio: Language A (but speak in Language B)

Subtitle: None (but BIG subtitles appear)


Why is there no audio, subtitle setting for individual channels instead ?

Not everyone of us is a master of all languages.

Why is Jackie Chan cartoon show in BM and not the original language English ? Why is there no Audio settings for this other than that I-II which will get reset to default if we change channel ?

most probably astro is getting its world cup 3D feed from satellite asiasat 5, this signal is un-encrypted

by the way all HD decoders are HD3D ready, we do not even need the HDMI 1.4 specs cable and source device, HDMI 1.3 can support HD3D up to 1080i, as long as you have HDTV with 3D

discovery channel HD?

See our luck after WC maybe Discovery HD or some other new HDC " made for Malaysia " scrap !

I don't think there is discovery channel hd yet for us even for singapore. There is only discovery world hd. The programs are different from discovery channel. Correct me if im wrong.

Looks like they have rephrased thier words for 3D from SEA first to Malaysia first 3D broadcast,

Just like when our friends raised some questions why Max had certain features and the PVR did not hv their silly answer was they felt that feature was NOT necessary ! Better Astro get 2 HD channel on Unifi IPTV instead...

i think, need to send something to FX HD company, just close their broadcast... coz all their programme like rubbish, why la astro take this stupid channel not something that demand already have like discover HD
