why im feeling my 4mb speed become so so so so dam slow on 0700-1800 and after that like normal

Dear Sifus!!
Can you please help me to see how is my connection performing? Noob in this kind of stuff... can't really read interpret these fugures at all... Also, why is it my DSL connection is Multimode instead of specific mode that all Sifus here are having? Although in the setup page, there is an option for ADSL 2+ from the drop down box can be chosen

Hello everyone!
New 4mbps user here... just upgraded my line. I upgraded it on Monday and today, I called the technician to come to my house to actually get it to work. Apparently, the TM people configured my account so I couldn't get the 4mbps. The technicians account could get fast fast. All's good now for now. My SNR margin is a bit low. So we will have to see if I get disconnected... I vote 4mbps because I get to keep my phone number.  OK! Thanks! I'm excited to test it out later. Hope I don't get Youtube lag anymore. |

Just upgraded to 4MBPS today. Technician came to my house, upgraded my line, then the DSL light straight off. Until now no connection, leeching on my iPhones 3g connection to surt net. Haiz =.=
Hoping for 4mbps today, now become 0. Anyone had this problem or have any idea how to fix this? Technician also don't know what to do, he say go back call HQ. Before he come, my 1MBPS line very good and stable  He say if jumper problem or anything the DSL usually will blink, but now not even blinking! Totally off. Someone help me |

technician come to setup 1st time... ask me reset the modem after 2 days. i just did it right after 2days and test the speed
from my modem info : Line Rate - Upstream (Kbps): 507 Line Rate - Downstream (Kbps): 4096 latest test  so need to call them right... may i know what is the average 4m speed suppose to be? This post has been edited by genkis3: Apr 9 2011, 11:12 AM |
