I suggest those affect to call 100 and get them to pass you to level 2 support. Tell them your problem! Keep chasing them daily for updates on your issue.
If/when somebody manage to get premium ip range back let the rest of us who are affected know! |

Contact 100 and talked with Level 2, received callback that my issue (premium ip problem) they told me, I need to wait for them to resolve their ongoing "radius authentication problem" and restoration is in progress.
*sigh* Calling TM 100 you will get this recorded message TM wishes to inform our internet customers that we are facing connection failure nationwide due to network interruptions restoration is in progress. This post has been edited by BugFace: Mar 16 2011, 02:56 PM |

Hi guys..
My house just upgrade our connection to 4mbps. In this house we got 3 desktop computers (main computers), and about 5 other gadgets (laptops, smartphones etc) that can connect to internet. I wanna make sure that the 3 main computers can atleast get 1mbps max even when a lot of devices connected. All connections are wireless. So I wanna know if there's any router that can dynamically split the bandwidth fairly to selected LAN/WLAN IP? Any help would be appreciated |

Same here, getting 115.133.* & 115.132.* IP, even many file-hosting download with 8-max connections via IDM are slow around 1-200kb/sec
All affected user should lodge report for them to solve this a.s.a.p This post has been edited by Vigilant: Mar 16 2011, 07:42 PM |
