How long usually upgrading to 4mbps will take? Cause the techie already came last Friday, but until now still nothing. He said usually it will take about 3 working days.

I just got my 4mbps, but they only upgraded the port. My account is still 512kbps. I called the techie who came to my house. He said it is something regarding B-Ras <--- if I'm not mistaken (definitely not woman's undergarment)

The techie mentions the system didn't set yet. But he already forward the issue to the related department for many times already.

What say you?

Hi the thing is he already did his job, but seems whoever works with the system or this b-ras thing, is still not doing anything

For 4mbps users that are being capped. Is the StreamyX Speedometer is giving you full speed or just the international cap?

The problem is I never get any other IP range mentioned above, I do get 218.208 sometimes, but that is like once in a month after reconnecting for like 9,999,999 times?

2-3 reports aren't enough, most people just like to sit & wait, already emailed them, but I don't really expect them to fix it anyway

Routing fakap again! Now I can't download from certain website and play game online.

Same here, getting 115.133.* & 115.132.* IP, even many file-hosting download with 8-max connections via IDM are slow around 1-200kb/sec

All affected user should lodge report for them to solve this a.s.a.p
