guys i need help !
On aug 26 my 4mbps active , 1st day it's was pretty fast . can get 3.8mbps but i forget what ip i get already .Then the next day i restart my modem and then fun started to begin... at 1st i only get less then 1mbps then i reset modem again more worst not even 0.3mbps... then i make a report to TM. well before a day today i wasn't able to get online i got DSL light but i cannot connect to internet.then today i receive reply on phone they said it's technician problem because it's still under warranty from technician , so i update the technician and then this line can get to online but my speed is at 1mbps , and i get 175 ip . can anyone help i need some advice to clairy my problem and tell the technician ... |

Yesterday national day off, so hand gatal go change the modem provided by TM, the latancy changed from Interleave to Fast mode

so far bill not come yet...but u get another modem and cordless phone free when u upgrading it (just use 1mbps for 2week then upgrade to 4mbps)...according to tm point people...once the bill came bring it to the tm point nearest to your house and they will charge once you stat your 4mpbs package accordingly...before that they will charge you for 1mbps package...

cool, i just call TM i canot connect internet, hang session...
bla bla lvl 1 handle, at last i got fed up with do this do that, i just say let me speak to lvl 2 line busy so can connect lvl 2, just make report, 1hour later, lvl2 call me and they reset my port and set me to diff ip what i happy the most, they set me to 218ip, so now no matter how i disconnect i will get only 218ip  |

ip premium is very slow..i cant access lowyat with ip premium.im now using proxy to access lowyat.

yeh downloading not affected.get full speed but browsing sucks...
my ip is 218 & 175.. i prefer 115 ip...i can access all web very fast... |
