I was not asking any question. Just a personal view on the highly rated Desire. Its OVER-RATED for now. Maybe after a few updates, it might be able to truly challenge Iphone OS3.

Sorry man but I beg to differ on your opinion. I'd say that the OS right now is on an overall way better than the iPhone OS.

Just received new from a friend of mine. Digi dealer (some of it) will get demo unit of Desire by next week but no news of the official launch yet.

Heard the price gonna be a bit more expensive than Maxis RM purchase. smile.gif

Hi all android experts out there, I am trying to connect to a wireless network. This WIFI network is not automatically identified so I went to my Desire and Add WIFI network manually. Below is the WIFI network setting that I am trying to connect (Print screen from a PC):

However, Im still not able to connect to this WIFI network after I have entered the SSID and password succesfully on my Desire. rclxub.gif

Advise plssssssssssssss......... sad.gif

For those using Handcent SMS, when a new SMS comes in, you will receive 2 notifications at the top, yes? How to disable the original SMS application and use Handcent SMS from here onwards?

No wor, I dont own Iphone as well. The reason why I said Iphone OS is better is because its easier to nagivate around the menu etc. Afterall, its a phone ma. Android feel a bit like PC, that if you got the time to play with it and it can be accomodating. The main weakness of Iphone OS is Flash and Android is gonna have Flash support. Nothing is perfect. Just own preference.

The screen is really nice though. Not to mention its thinner than I imagine. I wonder how hard it is to slot into your pocket like some forumer claim to be.

PS.. I forgot to say that I REALLY HATE ITUNES!!!!

LOL... no wonder la.

Actually for once, I really feel Maxis really made a good offering here. I also blur blur when the HTC staff told me that it will retail for 2.4k but I read in Maxis leaflet only 2.2k.
