hmm.....i will ask for tm point assistant on monday, as i was told that from unifi vip package to biz package considered as upgrade and no termination process involved.....will give u guys a feedback after that....

But your current Streamyx Cool Uni Pack are still in 2 years contract, if you change your current subscription, RM600 will be bill to you as penalty charge. That's already stated in the FAQ, you are only allow to change the subscription after the next 24 months and Good Luck on your upgrade.  |

What do you guys think about the usefulness of Streamyx Zone ID? from the Streamyx website they stated over 2,300 Streamyx ZONE locations nationwide, but I still not seeing any Streamyx Zone around my area here  |

hi.. i just got my streamyx uni pack installation on last friday... how do i check the netbook status? do i need to call tmpoint to inform them that my streamyx has been successfully installed? I have tried this link https://h20497.www2.hp.com/os/simpleView.tcl but i do not know about my web order number. How to obtain the order number? thank in advance. Call them up to get the web order number. For number look at first page. By the way the Riger router really sucks... modem reboot takes so freaking long compared to my Belkin. Configuration is so limited... and it looks like some cheapskate modem that comes from last century. I've already received the Hypptunes e-mail but not the Streamyx Zone ID...
