Hello guys.. today TM contractor came to my house to setup the phone line. Then they said i havent done the wiring so can not setup for me. But that day when i was registering, the TM's officer told me that the contractor will do the wiring for me. Now the contractor said they no do wiring. They said after i have done my wiring then only contact them. WTF?

hi.. i just got my streamyx uni pack installation on last friday... how do i check the netbook status? do i need to call tmpoint to inform them that my streamyx has been successfully installed? I have tried this link https://h20497.www2.hp.com/os/simpleView.tcl but i do not know about my web order number. How to obtain the order number? thank in advance.

the streamyx was installed last friday and today i just called the HP Centre asking them about my netbook status. The operator told me that they still not yet receive the order from Telekom Malaysia. Should i call TmPoint or just wait?

hmm...i am subscribing the 1mbps package... So for the 1st bill how much do i need to pay? Rm68 + Rm1000++ ( for the netbook)? or just rm68?
