Hi, few quick questions here:
1)For existing Streamyx combo customer with less than one year, is it possible to upgrade? 2)If upgrade is possible, would TM give you a free modem and let you keep the old one? |

I've got my first month bill. Everything is as expected, the RM75 deposit, RM10 stamp duty. Fine but....there is an additional charge for
TALIAN TELEFON - 4KM for RM 17.26 What is that for? Was anyone charged for this?  |

OK the tm guys came to install my phone line today. Assuming the phone line is activated in 2 days, when can I expect the streamyx guys to appear at my doorstep? Do I need to call tmnet to notify them that my phone line has been activated. I know I shouldn't have to, but this is tmnet...

Did anyone recently applied at Wangsa Maju branch for Unipack? One of my friend did, and he said that the system couldn't even create an order due to problems with the UniFi. I just want to confirm this.
