My contractor FFK-ed me yesterday and now I can't call him. What the hell....

i submitted my form last week..mon i called they still haven receive...
yesterday it show status = new in the web..but no appointment..
called 100 again n they said will assign contractor..tis morning the status show complete..''..
but i apply upgrade from 1 mb to 4mb...be4 tis they say can support 4mb but need contractor to come down n test..now they tell mi cant support 4mb..lol..
but i dun receive any mail in my streamyx mailbox..do i need to call them again to get my hyppytunes account or wat?

at least u all still got hope. now damn. d installer straight said 3.3km so canot. asking other installer bt they cant tk cause it is assign to d damn noob installer. so now waiting NI team to see how. can assign me another or how

my netbook arrived. but my 4mbps upgrade cant liao seems no hope anymore

Anyway 4Mbps has a limit , depending on installer. Some you can beg and ask them to install , but again you cant expect to be synced at higher speed. For instance Zephs case , his SNR Margin is very slim but then he is lucky enough to get 4Mbps. He cant complain nor rant much if his streamyx disconnects as TM would simply say that his SNR Margin low

Beyond 3km , the SNR Margin will drop. Bear in mind that DSLAM For 4Mbps/2Mbps is not the same as your 1Mbps. You may say your 1Mbps offers a better connection , its true cause its different DSLAM

but 2 installer say the different thinggy. i called ask they change to me d old installer and let him test. but they seems mk thing complicated. and fyi f first one said d distance canot counted such cause d fiber cabinet is just near my housing area. yet d sec installer said 3.3km from me. mking me headache now. dono to ask who to help

3days? nah, you must gave them time.. they will not inform you the update.. you have to your own mate.. give them 1 or 2 week..

If its an agent you can just forget it la. It may take some time for you to do it and I mean for you to get it done. I would seriously recommend going to TMPoint !

I went to other TMPoint to register today. I registered for a new sub line to install Cool UNI Pack... and I received a confirmation slip from them showing:

and I've paid RM10. However, when I check sams with my order number it says no match data... and by the way how do we enter the ADSL service number? Doesn't seem to have enough digit to fill all... (XX-XXXXXXX my number total 9 digits)

you need to add another 0 to the state code and another 0 in front of your phone number.

I phoned streamyx or TM whatever la last week regarding the unipack bla bla bla..Swinburne University of Technology is not in the list.Even Open University Malaysia.(anyway my application is under this uni) But, maybe they just ignore the uni list..
