i submitted my form last week..mon i called they still haven receive...
yesterday it show status = new in the web..but no appointment..
called 100 again n they said will assign contractor..tis morning the status show complete..''..
but i apply upgrade from 1 mb to 4mb...be4 tis they say can support 4mb but need contractor to come down n test..now they tell mi cant support 4mb..lol..
but i dun receive any mail in my streamyx mailbox..do i need to call them again to get my hyppytunes account or wat?
