Tell the reception you are from Cool Uni Pack, they will ask for your house number. If order been receive by Hp , you
most probably get a Web order number to track it online. Order Status Page - https://h20497.www2.hp.com/os/simpleView.tcl Guy, i just received my confirmation letter via email. Tomorrow the installer will come to my house. Anyway how can i get Web order number to check with the HP? Thanks for Steven85 and complant do take effect. |

May 13 - I went to TMPOINT and apply for uni cool pack
May 28 - My line is activated Jun 15 - HP called me Jun 18 - Notebook delivered to me So inefficiency. |
