actually what do i need to take note about when i want to check my status?
i was unable to do it because the form is not with me now..
and the officer just giv me the "copy of form" to me only...

so if that is the case,of being capped at 2048, the would i be able to enjoy the FULLL benefits of 1M line?..

since the confirmation slip is printed out for you which mean your registration is keyed in to the TM database. so you can check the status anytime. Now the thing you can do is just wait for the installation come. good luck!

Confirmation Slip is written clearly on the header of the letter. If it's not there, then it's not a confirmation slip, just a copy for you.

yup, the comfirmation slip is written up on the header and it's printed in A4 size paper, so the one you keep is blue colour?
you can try to key in your phone number and ic to check your status online.

guys it seem that my bill still charged with monthly rental even though it already second months
of subscribes

that's why u have been charged for fixed line rental. It is advisable to get ur streamyx and fixed line under the same name.

btw , streamyx sent me a "notis tuntutan" for an amount that they have wrongly charged me eventhru i have reported to them 1-2months ago for my previous streamyx acc. before i subscribed for CoolUnipack ..

What you is what you get...even though you might enjoy the uncapped line for a few weeks..if TM manage to detect a high rate of downloads from your IP and address..they will automatically capped you back to what your package has stated.

iirc there is no mention in T&C that we need to have same name for streamyx and fixed line for cool unipack to get rental rebate.

yes , there is no TnC stated but their system never bother to check . The system will bill the fixed line rental under ur dad name and bill u under coolunipack . the system don't knw that Coolunipack included fixed line rental bcoz the fixed line is under ur dad name .

so at the end , the system will add it up Rm25 for ur dad and ur coolunipack Rm68(example) and send the bill to u

Some info for the netbook shipment delivery, I called 1800-88-6998 just now, they asked me to call 1800-88-2899 (option 2) instead, they just need the fix line number to check for the netbook delivery status, I will get in within 10 days

My line just kambing-ed just now...
Need to wait few more days for the streamyx to kick in...
