hi, i got a problem.

I applied for the 4mbps package. I applied for a new phone line and the coolUniPack altogether.

the phone line is installed on the 8th June. But until now the streamyx line is not here yet. I called the agent, he told me he had already submitted my application and it's processing. He basically blamed it on TM for the slow and delayed installation.

But when i check my application status with TM Online website, it's shown "No order found"

Hopefully someone can enlighten me regarding my issue and suggest on what should i do.

since the confirmation slip is printed out for you which mean your registration is keyed in to the TM database. so you can check the status anytime. Now the thing you can do is just wait for the installation come. good luck! 

Confirmation Slip is written clearly on the header of the letter. If it's not there, then it's not a confirmation slip, just a copy for you.

if upgrade,u will get the blue copy slip only. Just wait the technician come to ur house. For the confirmation slip, like everyone said,it is a paper written confirmation on the center header of the paper,which contains ur login id,password and etc etc.
