i thought all unit come with 2 car parks and some having 3 or 4 CP.
so 25k for additional is consider as normal or cheap at recently market?

Yes most unit come with 2 car park at least.

The rate is still consider normal I would say. I wonder how the parking bay looks like. I wouldnt want to pay 25k for a car park that need to go down/up to 4 or 5 floor just for the parking space.

The carpark has individual entrance for each floors so you don't have to circle the whole carpark to get to your parking lot.

It say there are very limited car park bays for sale, it would be First Come First Serve Basis. Each purchaser is entitled to purchase only one car park bay and full payment is to be paid upon confirmation.

I believe if you have the cash to purchase, I'm sure they are willing to sell you an additional carpark on top of your entitlement.
