was at Azelia today for viewing, viewed the 969 & 1.3ksf units,subsales at 770k and 950k respectively..and was informed by the real estate agent maintenance at 35c/sf smile.gif
pool looked filthy (but under maintenance,so go figure laugh.gif )
gym looks new
there's also 2 badminton courts that can be basketball court also (got the hoop) and a table tennis room (pretty cool laugh.gif )

Looking at the amount of road-infras in between Ativo to the SDSS MRT, just don't see it happening.

I'm looking this closely because I'm thinking to get their Alix project in MK. But by looking this cost cutting design makes me think twice.

worst case scenario, the Dev. will throw the blame onto the contractor/installer for doing a lousy job, as far as Dev. is concerned - that is "premium" material - who are we to say otherwise, are we steel/metal specialist? laugh.gif also probably sack the QAQC fella who 'approved' it, kambing korban masak kari boleh makan with roti at ativo nasi kandar laugh.gif

On other notes, out of curiosity - are there any units that get BOTH sunrise & sunset? Seems like those facing the LDP get sunrise ONLY and those facing inwards to BSD get sunset - any unit get the best of both sunrise and sunset?

anyone knows anything about the highrise residential (at the previous BSD club house land) next to the recently opened "STAR" Grocer lot? iinm the ZUS Coffee there just opened too.

Saw a few ads on Facebook but no official Project title or launch info about it
