at 1,905sf..x 700 = roughly 1.3-1.4m .. holy cow..can get a decent corner lot around BSD already

Regular double-storey end-lot also 1.2M..there's a corner house at SD 10 going for 1.7mil, farked up market

was at Azelia today for viewing, viewed the 969 & 1.3ksf units,subsales at 770k and 950k respectively..and was informed by the real estate agent maintenance at 35c/sf
pool looked filthy (but under maintenance,so go figure )
gym looks new
there's also 2 badminton courts that can be basketball court also (got the hoop) and a table tennis room (pretty cool )

Found it quite fascinating when they first pitched the idea (of the link bridge), but honestly - by now, most people should more or less realize it's almost impossible to have a Pedestrian Link Bridge from the Ativo Suites to SDSS MRT.

Looking at the amount of road-infras in between Ativo to the SDSS MRT, just don't see it happening.

worst case scenario, the Dev. will throw the blame onto the contractor/installer for doing a lousy job, as far as Dev. is concerned - that is "premium" material - who are we to say otherwise, are we steel/metal specialist? also probably sack the QAQC fella who 'approved' it, kambing korban masak kari boleh makan with roti at ativo nasi kandar

On other notes, out of curiosity - are there any units that get BOTH sunrise & sunset? Seems like those facing the LDP get sunrise ONLY and those facing inwards to BSD get sunset - any unit get the best of both sunrise and sunset?
