but definitely the smaller unit will be open for TA global previous customer first then only to public.
*
that's expected, not just TA's VIP customers probably TA's employees as well. by the time it opens to the public,
have to fight for the leftovers.

that's how speculation starta....  cry.gif

can only imagine the long line during the launch & being first in line does not even guarantee you a choice unit but 'just a unit'.

I was told that they r balloting on the 25th.. Price is 600 psf .. I think way too high for a the area.. Moreover only airconds are provided without kitchen cabinets. DPC westside 1 is also same price with kitchen cabinets.
Given the $$.. i will choose DPC
*
that's the usual practice. even @ 600 psf it'll sell like hot cakes.

QUOTE(dreamadream @ Jun 27 2011, 03:29 PM)
really wonder what these people are thinking.

paid RM391K for a 614sf studio, who will be their target market to rent it to? 391K needs at least RM2K rental a mth to get 5% yield, who will wanna pay RM2K for a place in Sri Damansara, everyday pays LDP toll and still get caught in the traffic during peak hours?

Tropics at RM500+ psf will be better bet, no construction risk, much better location and within mature area.

RM600psf, West Side inside DPC definitely a better buy.

Really can't understand, can anyone enlighten me what i've overlooked, what is so special abt Damansara Avenue?

many thanks!
