I was there at about 10.30am. A lot of unit still available... The attractive package was maybank was offering 90%+5% financing and if you book on last saturday, you will get additional 5% discount. Therefore it is as good as full financing... And the interest rates offered was BLR-2.4%.

ya..that is the ONLY good thing about the development..good financing package from Harimau bank....for own stay ok lah..can say, i live opposite
