Personally I stay in Sri Damansara.. except the stupid toll... it's definately a nice environment to live in. A very mature township indeed. The 1st residential block is just next to the clubhouse.. which to me is good.. as it's quite far away from the h/way..
If u guys hv the $$... then u can consider investing.. but then again DPC northshore still hv units for sale ( the big units costing around 1M & above.. )
So if TA price is the same.. then ppl will consider DPC vc BSD.. MAny tai kors prefers to stay in DPC actually..
Ps : bear in mind the landed ones are abt 600k & above.. so buyers hv to consider landed vs HR .. who knows with TA coming up.. will boost up the landed price here as well...
