I said the initial proposal by MMC-Gamuda, if you know what was the initial proposal.
The Sg Buloh station is integrated with the KTM station now.

Indeed they are looking at RM550-600psf but I thought it was for the Studio units around 600 sq ft.
*
Not sure. they say min is 1900 sqft... Good luck to the developers.. 1 unit will easily cost 1M..
Even the northshore in DPC.. developer still got units left which is price 900K & above

I hope you are not serious when you ask this question... doh.gif

Big units = more $$$ ... Plus the maintenace..... shakehead.gif
Called them.. expecting average of Rm600 / sqft..
Personally I stay in Sri Damansara.. except the stupid toll... it's definately a nice environment to live in. A very mature township indeed. The 1st residential block is just next to the clubhouse.. which to me is good.. as it's quite far away from the h/way..
If u guys hv the $$... then u can consider investing.. but then again DPC northshore still hv units for sale ( the big units costing around 1M & above.. )
So if TA price is the same.. then ppl will consider DPC vc BSD.. MAny tai kors prefers to stay in DPC actually..

Ps : bear in mind the landed ones are abt 600k & above.. so buyers hv to consider landed vs HR .. who knows with TA coming up.. will boost up the landed price here as well... thumbup.gif

can only imagine the long line during the launch & being first in line does not even guarantee you a choice unit but 'just a unit'.
*
I was told that they r balloting on the 25th.. Price is 600 psf .. I think way too high for a the area.. Moreover only airconds are provided without kitchen cabinets. DPC westside 1 is also same price with kitchen cabinets.
Given the $$.. i will choose DPC

Masterplan is good if they execute it well. To me entry price is a bit on the high side for sri damansara area. As long as you have holding power everywhere is gd. I stay in sd and I personally like the neighbourhood.

900psf on sri dsara is not a bit high but very high
*
Totally agree with u. I stay in that area . Didn't think it can fetch that rate. Anyways there's always a first time. If they execute it well will set a new benchmark for sd area.
I didn't buy as I find it on the high side too...

look at the execution on the masterplan so far...how many years already? only Azrlia n the small commercial shops...Azelia buyers must be damn pissed. It is a nice masterplan but thwir execution is pathetically slow....
*
Yes agree because they r waiting for the mrt. After ativo they will launch next yr the commercial area. I guess for the whole masterplan to materialised will take up to 10 yrs at least.

QUOTE(kartana @ Sep 4 2017, 05:21 PM)
exactly. Is Ativo Suite a higher end product than South Brooks? if not, how would they justify the premium over DPC?
*
Activo suites does provide quite good quality end product ( bosch , Electrolux etc). Dpc already made it's name. However south brooks is located at a not so ideal location hence the price. Although dpc and activo are just seperate by LDP hway , price does make a big difference. Although I stay in bsd, I will buy into dpc mainly because of the address and the price.

Your info is 2 years ago and it's very outdated. Liquidate lands is very normal to developers and all developers are doing that.

This project is fully sold on tower B and almost finish on Tower A. That's why they don't always open their show room and it's only by appointment to interested buyers. Smart buyers will know that this project will be linked to MRT 2 station.

Mrt is in the old sd.. still quite far to walk
