yeap... my offer was I will go there and meet you at TA's office and sell you the invitation for RM700 only if you manage to get a unit there... This is because I find it funny if you can still use the letter to get a discount at this time. And if you don't manage to, I just claim RM20 from you for petrol and parking. You told me all sold out and now you are still buying? And your property blogsite is very disturbing although I enjoyed the way you write it... smile.gif Cheers!

Type A just 600+sq ft only...TA staff told me wil only launch in July/August thou when I call few weeks ago...not sure current status..
They purposely launch BIG unit 1st coz they know small units easy to sell tongue.gif

that's expected, not just TA's VIP customers probably TA's employees as well. by the time it opens to the public,
have to fight for the leftovers.
