i called to check, they said "maybe" in Jan 2011....
Added on December 8, 2010, 9:54 ami like this place very much, if the price and design is very nice sure i will buy 1.

Ya, i called and they say the price for the residential unit will be from RM500 - RM600/sf!!!
So 1000sf x say RM550/sf = RM550,000.00!!! They are making billions man!

The Sg Buloh station is integrated with the KTM station now.

Nowdays seems anything less than RM600 psf in KV for highrise is cheap ..

Maybe small units at high psf price is sellable, but big units at high psf....erm.....all I can say to the developer is.....good luck!

Indeed they are looking at RM550-600psf but I thought it was for the Studio units around 600 sq ft.
