were those bungalows? I saw land clearing since a month or two back and saw a few bungalows up the hill
*
hehehe nope... i think u r referring to the new bungalow project by Loh&Loh, one of their debut in property

the Meranti Hill project has a GDV of more than RM1.5 billion according to their latest annual report.... the one i'm talking about is by another well-known developer, not a public listed but is a cousin company to L&G.... haha the GDV is about RM1 billion or could be more.....

Fyi, DPC northshore is already break RM700+/sqft long ago, currently nearing RM800 soon. So for "highend" on opposite of DPC it is consider "reasonable" tongue.gif

It may sound ridiculous but yeah this is the pricing of the current market in that Area. tongue.gif sweat.gif

Not saying it is cheap, but I can forsee DPC will go even higher price if the SJMC branch hospital comes up and the International school up in 1-3years time.

The Desa ParkCity masterplan covers around 7,500 residential units in total.
To date up to Casaman, they have launched 2,482 units.
The balance of 5,000 units will be ALL highrise.

So what's now?
- 5,000 units highrise from Perdana ParkCity.
- 5,000 units highrise from L&G at BSD.
- Unknown total unit from TA Global.

We are looking for at least 40,000 additional residents into this area.

In Mont' Kiara now we have around 16,000 completed units and additional 9,000 units coming in within 3 years.

RM500/sf?!, RM500 x 600sf = RM300,000?!, 1mth installment RM1400 + maintainance fee (RM0.25? x 600sf = RM150) = RM1550.00 hmm.gif

Is our country eco. very nice? or more than half ppl is buying for invest? after the proprety increated 20%~30% than sell it, than the second hand's price is become RM360,000 ~ RM390,000..

Who will buy the second?! hmm.gif

The toll makes the property after the toll relatively cheaper
