what is the price range for azelia residence? I opened the website but can't find any price there

can estimate 550-600 per sqft.. They r launching the bigger size 1st ( 1900 sqft )

launching on 18 April and smallest size is 619sf.

Hi, just received the letter from TA global.
Launching on 7th May, 1900 sf - 2011 sf will be open for booking 1st.
RM 10k booking fees and 5% for early bird registration (T&C)

I also received a letter from TA but for the 614sqf unit. I think the size quoted in the letter depends on your answers during registration.

In any case, 614sqf is going for about RM300k if I remember correctly (letter is at home).

They are launching bigger size units first la. at least that's what mentioned in my invitation letter as well and i double checked with some of my friends. Yours got mention 614sf ke.

In the letter got mention the price ??? i cant find it ....

614 sqrt unit? Wow..

I thought the smallest size is 1711 sqrft.

When is the launching date for the 614sf ones on urs?

I'll check when I get home and post again tomorrow. Its possible that my wife could have read it wrong - i really hope not since we've already started thinking about how to get downpayment and the loan etc if we want to get a unit.

hihihih... can share and what make u think this project is worth? look like surrounding area not much office lots? and very far from KL? perhaps target aim different?

Am not entering, as I am more interested in Cheras. But worth to have a look just because its First phase in a multiphase development. I believe every investor is bearing this mindset while attending for this launch.

Btw, are you vested in Damansara Perdana. Those investors who "see" something in DP will be even more interested in this project due to freehold status plus the quality of the brochure rendering makes even the most aesthetically challenged person sit up and take note. Hehe.
