thanks. is cashback really that useful ? i prefer earning points.

Cash rewards are more practical than points. Normally, you need to utilise a lot of points for gift redemption. You can use much lesser cash to buy the gift.

No. CIMB Enrich MC is not free. You need to request for AF waiver, which is subject to approval.

Yes. Why not ? Ask them when do you have to pay the credit card tax after the upgrade.

For Citibank, the minimum CL for its Plat was supposedly RM20k. But it could have lowered its limit as banks tend to lure more customers by throwing Plat CCs.
Alliance CCs lack exciting promotions. Alliance comparatively has a low customer base. However, I've never won anything from them.
It used to give cash back for spending (except petrol) based on denomination of RM100. The T&Cs may have changed now.
*
So it's true they never follow their supposedly minimum and maximum CL? As I'm very sure that I've seen statements with higher CL than it was written there

Your installment amount will be deducted from CL. So left RM800 credit available.

A lot of shops are doing away with this practice already. Next time if they do suggested such fees; just leave to another shop.
They charge that cost because they are using customer's money to cover the merchant cost which in fact they should bear.

i thought they change their style already, credit card payment will not get extra discount but cash payment definitely will get more discount as they mark up their price, no?

as far as i dealing v them, most of the merchant charge 3-5% no matter which shop as long there are electrical n those computer shop...

for computer shop i think is well known....no matter what particular amount u buy, they will always charge the interest....

maybe u seldom shop for computer gadget...seldom ppl will swipe their card for this particular matter except when u goin to buy LCD TV, Fridge etc
