does that mean currently entrance to Coral site is not restricted? So all of us can just go in? hmm.gif

Coral price very competitive if compare to area in KL for double story house terrace...
This weekend I will go to there to look the actual unit hope can go in...

Emerald Garden still have Type B, 2 storey, 26 x 80, BU 3000sqft by developer

Thanks but EG is wayyyy over my budget...I was thinking something like CASSIS or similar....

Judging from Ebony & Coral's listing price on iproperty, you got to be real lucky to get one at developer's list price.. you can check with developerif they have any unsold then-bumi-now-released units though.

Emarald Gardens would have 5+1 rooms with bigger build up , where as cassis only has 3 room, small build up and best thing is located next to the high way and also biggest chicken farm in rawang, we been there, look at the house and decide to go with Emerald Gardens.

Good luck, last known price is 478k and it is also for unit which is also for left over not so good unit.

well we bought it, at a considerable higher price [868k], did not know if the price had increase, but have heard that there would be some unit still available.

Did not manage to check last week, when we were there. If you do buy a unit, dont forget to let us know.

Really that bad for Cassis?! I thought it sold out..
How about the Corris project?
Many people told me Corris is the best 2-storey terrace house in Emerald West at this moment, is that true?!
All sold out before launching and the final phase and released units sell even more expensive than M-Residence 22x80 superlink.

Sure there is a price to pay for what you get....Not everyone has the budget for EG. If Cassis has the problem of Chicken farm, it might affect Corris & coral too...so it is not fair to say that cassis not preferred. But now you cant get the price when it is first launch. Just out of curiosity, does anyone have any idea when will Coral be handed over to purchasers? some agents in their ads said Nov'12 while some said early 2013...

Hi, new to this forum.
I stayed around Kepong area and take my dogs for walk in DPC. The owner of DPC is kind enough to allow dogs in their park. Heard so much about Emerald from friends , like want to do something like DPC, so decided to take a look.
Concept wise ok but not sure developer has the 'money' and determination to match DPC. Have a look at the new semi-D .. is it Amberly or Emberly ( something like that). Got a shock when see no guard house and no fencing... thought this is high class. People can just walk in from every where. Told by the sales guardhouse being built and also the fence. Very strange to me .. thought all these should have planned and approved before hand. Find out also same for Garden.. no picture of guardhouse or fencing
Not sure can invest ...find out developer part of Hong Leong group.. big name.. should be ok ? Not too sure

Welcome!!

From their advertisement Emerald Gardens, it is marketed as an "Upmarket Benchmark" for all their future "HIGH END" launching.

Guess they would not over advertise and underdeliver?

Since they are a bank subsidiary, they should have all the required fund to provide and make sure they deliver what they have yell about?

If not, how the market would look at them?

Hi all, i'm new to rawang and needed some urgent advice here.
Went to check out kota emerald recently & quite like the new superlink, Emerald Garden. On my trip there, i also saw some new semi dees in front of a chinese school. I heard this are launch by Guocoland 2 to 3 years ago & soon to get VP. But like said above, no guardhouse & no fence lah. This is a new area also if it has full gated & guarded facilities, i may consider getting a sub sales unit, at least don't have to wait 2 yrs.

Also like Anggun but i think too close to mall.

Anyway the new superlink looks impressive but is Guocoland reliable & can they deliver what is in the catalogue? I'm afraid what is in the catalogue is only marketing gimmick. Sori if I offend anyone, just want to be careful before I put my money in.

Would apprecaite some advices.. Tengkyu!
