Yeah, I remember seeing Cassis banner only along the way to Emerald West. Someone mentioned booked Coris. Has they launched it?

There are few type of corner (different land sizes). Lowest is around RM700k++ all the way to 800k++ (with 20k rebate) but all booked. If you want, you can still book the unit of your choice and they will only call you if those fella book earlier on the same unit as you, decided to drop or didnt turn up for deposit payment. FYI, all corner or end lot already taken up with at least 2 booking for each of the unit. Some unit have 6 booking!!!! Even intermediate almost all booked. This is crazy...

FYI, corner and end lot size is 24x75 and intermediate is 22x75.

Is this the latest info u got? I was there last weekend and there are only 2 units left. ie. 1x 24x80 2.5 storey and 1x 26x80 2 storey. Price is at RM868k for 2.5 storey and RM818k for the 2 storey. Price is before RM30k discount.

I dont quite like the left over unit so I didnt book. The sales told me that there are about 10 buyers whom their loan had been rejected and they will release the units for sales which is last week but the price will increase by 20k Not sure if they have done so.

I'll wait for the budget announcement this Sept 28 before I decide whether to buy or not. Worry the gormen will annouce more measure to cool the property market and that will effect future property price. Hope nothing drastic anounce then I can proceed to buy.

Anyone has any idea what is the initial price when Guocoland first launch the Emerald Garden? I read from some other forum that the price has risen 3 times. The type A (2.5 storey, 24x80) was price at 768k and they increase the price - 1st RM30k, 2nd RM40k and 3rd time at RM30k. so now the selling price is at RM868k. Can anyone help to confirm this? thanks in advance.

Wanted to buy but I called up last week and the SA told me all 2.5 storey (Both type A & C) sold out. Only left the 2 storey x 1 unit which is facing the TNB box(type B 26x80) at RM838k before 30k rebate. Although lousy "concrete" car porch (some claimed), yet it still sold out. The best part is the SA told me the maintenance fees is RM200/mth. RM80 for the guard and RM120 for the gardening! Gardening is more expensive than the guard!!! I wonder how many time the gardener will turn up in a month to do gardening compare to the guard which will be there 24x7.
