Well I woke up at 8am and battery flat just now at 6PM... Internet and online for skype, msn, facebook and google chat...
With heavy use, it lasts for about 5 hours... |

Were you using the WIFI before? There's a supposed bug that causes the WIFI drivers to continue draining huge amounts of battery even when it's disconnected.applied evything from changing to GSM,lowered brightness to level 2..disable GPS positioning..and the phone is still stock standard.. Like i said earlier, the only way to resolve it is by rebooting/shutting down. But then again, my N900 eats through its batteries like crazy to begin with anyhow, lol. I concur with RiVN, 5-6 hours are what you should be expecting with heavy-ish use. This post has been edited by Eiraku: May 8 2010, 06:47 PM |

Ah, the never ending march of progress...Anyhow, I've totally given up with autorotation and its quirks. Now setting the phone app on permanent portrait, and turning off browser autorotate. Hoping that will save enough battery for me to be able to rum on brightness level two again, one is far too dark at light lol. |
