QUOTE(firstknight @ May 10 2010, 10:34 PM) YOU ARE NOT SUPPOSE TO SMS WHILE DRIVING!!!! totally agree....don't sms while driving. it can harm yourself and other road users...hehe.. seriously... even with iphone you couldnt sms too because of its keyboard layout.. so it is also slow in typing and dangerous as well.... unless you have a keypad.... |

looks like i'm not going to install the opera mobile 10 at this moment...
QUOTE There are a number of known issues with this build, listed below: * Adobe Flash and other plugins are not supported. * Screen tearing may be visible when panning, especially in portrait mode. We expect to fix this in a future update. * The built-in on-screen keyboard is not supported. Use the physical keyboard or the on screen keyboard included with Opera Mobile. * There is no power management support. In practice this means that if you open a page with animations and leave Opera running, you will soon be using a payphone. Power is drained even when Opera is running in the background and/or the screen is turned off. * If you set Opera as the default browser, for example by installing the Browser Switchboard, an extra empty tab will get opened every time you open a link from an external application. |

i've found an interesting write up.....if u have friends telling u that apple store has thousands of apps compare to maemo, which has tiny numbers of app to be downloaded, pls explain to them the real situation....and u should proudly tell them Less is More.
QUOTE Less is more: the 200′000 apps myth A ridiculous race is going on in the world of Smartphones, with each competitor boasting about the number of available apps for his platform. With Apple talking of 200′000 apps and Android claiming 50′000 apps (similar to what Palm offered in earlier years, and probably similar to Symbian), a new platform such as Maemo 5 sometimes faces a difficult stand, with casual users coming from other platforms complaining about too few apps (only hundreds…) Further reading pls follow here...
