Haha will do. Thus far the whole phone seems more responsive. To be honest it doesnt really stay at 800Mhz for long periods.

The leaked version seems to be stable, never had any process crash for me thus far. Had it since the 2nd day it leaked

Haha nah no worries about that. Everything is backed up. To be honest it is stable. Seems like this is the same release that will be coming out soon enough by the looks of it. Maybe touch up here and there.

Nokia has put out an alert saying that the leaked PR is bricking phones although that's not the case. I wonder why? Maybe cause they dont want people to see that this might be the final version of it.

hmn... to be honest according to original ARM specs this processor can go up to 1Ghz, not sure why Nokia had this one set to 600Mhz. Maybe battery life concerns.

Anyone know how to add local internet radio stations to the N900 like Hitz or fly FM??

Well I woke up at 8am and battery flat just now at 6PM... Internet and online for skype, msn, facebook and google chat...

With heavy use, it lasts for about 5 hours...

Well created my own OC profile. Tried using the default ideal Settings by titan but my N900 couldnt even boot lol. Guess the voltages were too low. I upped them up slightly but still at 850Mhz, it is using less than the default Nokia setting for 600Mhz. Lets see how battery life goes with this

Depends on which kernel you use. Titan's ideal kernel is actually using lower voltages compared to Nokia's default.

Depends on yourself. I am using the Power Kenel and Power Kernel Settings to Overclock. It allows changes on the fly and allows you to change voltages as well through profiles.

You can follow the link I posted, it is a pretty accurate guide. You will need some trial and error as well. The kernel has a safety feature though, if your N900 reboots a couple of times, it will reload the default settings.

Some N900 can run at ULV while some cant. You need to find which one suites you the most as all chips are different. Titan's ideal settings are as below:-


Didnt work for me. I needed to increase the voltages a little and now it has been stable for about 1hour.

you cant reflash from PR1.2 to PR1.1.1 You will get an error receiving calls and sms cause the radio has been updated as well. there is a work around. Search on maemo.org

Actually you cant really reflash to an older version. If you are using PR1.1 and reflash to an older version, you will get the same problem so its not really a bug.

From what I understand it wont work as you will need to flash the radio as well. Everytime you update it seems, the software will flash to a newer radio version which is not easy to reflash to an older version. So everytime you reflash, the only change would be firmware. There is a hack out to force it to flash the radio but it is a little hit and miss. More details on Maemo.org - Downgrading PR1.2 Leaked

Well I tried the screen protector. Its rubbery so it feels very different. Now just using the matte screen protector. Feels much better.

Aye got the zagg also but I only using it for the body, the screen is just too rubbery for my liking. Best use normal screen protector. I am using mugen matter one now and it feels good.

I did it myself. Pretty easy cause you need to wet the screen protector first. There will be bubbles sure but after a day or two they will disappear...

But it is rubbery gila, not nice feel at all. Dunno maybe will be ok for some.

Even the back feels weird but it is better to have one that not having one lol

Very true, that's why I left the back and camera protector on. The screen protector was too much though. The Mugen one is much better and smoother.

Rootfs no cause it is on a seperate chip. However MyDocs not so sure. I think we can do it.

Well I think you all can you Any Video Converter. There is a free one and it has quite a few quick options to convert files.

Anyone know how to make the image link to open the image folder by default and not list all images lol
