is a new housing project, the show house will be ready soon, I can see the progress everyday from my house, not sure what is the name of the project, it used to be a rubber estate hill side, now the greenery has gone

confirmed? why demand compensation if open that link should be more car willing to access the U-Turn tunnel and pay RM1....

From Silk's point of view, you use my highway you need to pay....I think we need political influence from State Government.

That portion of land belongs to selangor state powers.. they are screwing up resident of BMC.. but there are many akternatives they can built to ease the traffic.. such cutting down junctions on traffic lights to 3.. other please make u turn...

on fund raising issue u sure bkt sg long will chip in?

It is political issue.. right.. if bmc and sg long got new srate seat and under BN.. sure access road bridge funds will be allocated but building it errr...

By the way, if the land next to Silk Highway belong to Kihuat, the access road still can be built to connect to Silk Highway like what Lion did in BMC. If the highway operator block the road, it will another hot news in newspaper, then the repeat of BMC access road will happen tongue.gif

Maybe they worry if the access at BKt Sg long open and ekve operate then there will be leakage / by pass the Sg long silk toll

Found this in Eco Majestic V5 thread (author:Jasoncat), SHL, Bandar Sungai Long developer qualify as Top 10 best developers in term of cash/net gearing...hope one day he can qualify in other category as well such as PRODUCT QUALITY biggrin.gif

Being cash rich at least eliminating the most material risks for all under construction project-ABANDON project. Therefore almost Zero Abandon Risk for cash rich developer.

I also find out that other Sg Long developers such as Tanming & Wira Cheras also does not pledge their land to bank for financing, all cash rich developer..
