I think the road won't open so soon, he only said got good news by end of the year. In my opinion, it will be great if the access road can be open to public before UTAR consolidation take place ie May 2015.

if you have only one car then is ok, else the parking there quite bad, a lot of cars are parking by the main road. all condos at sg long are old design, not enough parking allocated to the owner.

But Old fashion condo big house one car! new codo small house also one car par and price is so high!

Last week went to SL7 view new town house , reasonable price but the designed is not acceptable.

I though only Goodview Residence has new townhouse, SL 7 has no more property development...

Didn't notice there is new condo at Taman Rakan though, 270K with 2 carpark, sounds like too good to be true sweat.gif

ya, if you have one car, definitely no problem, I went there that day to scout the environment, the road is like a dead end, can go in, but hard to come out, can only make u-turn in front of guard house.

rm270k condo under disbursement of medium cost quota and rumah mampu milik scheme you still complaining. Pity to see some of the replies. This is just same as Pandan Residence (Rumah Mampu Milik) scheme.

May be she is referring to the project next to SL7 as photo below, I believe this project should be in BMC instead of Bandar Sungai Long
