Unless Bukit Sg Long access road able to connect to SILK Highway and allow U-turn before Sg Long Toll, both proposals have been rejected by the highway operator.

SHL should work together with other developer such as Keihuat, Taming, Wira Cheras  as well as our wakil rakyat to pressure or compensate the operator.

Sigh both Ecohill & EcoMajestic developers have connected their property with highway even before moving, what our developer do for us after so long!

Actually Keihuat Properties , developer for Bukit Sungai Long has agreed to build the access road to Silk Highway, however the highway operator not agreed, obviously they demand for compensation amount that Keihuat think unreasonable.

I just called out of curiosity, only left 2 corner units ... launched more than 2 years ago and i wasn't aware! omg ...

too many traffic lights  along the way to cheras kajang highway...

if sp setia built this township, for sure there will be a direct link road/fly over to cheras kajang highway without any traffic lights...

Traffic light No 2 not applicable to Sg Long residents unless you want to turn into BMC while traffic light No 5 mostly not applicable as green light before bridge long enough to let you go through without waiting.

Even though there are many traffic lights, it took me about 33 minutes from Petronas Sg Long (6.57am) to Desa Sri Hartamas (7.30am) today, the traffic is surprising acceptable.

Traffic Lights are the Killer.  Just look at Jln Kepong, so many Traffic Lights within a short span of ride.

Last time, Jalan Cheras also got Traffic Light at Taman Segar.  After Traffic Lights was removed and Flyover was build, traffic improved but now bad jam due to MRT Works

Let's count :-

1. Sg long ( before shell station ).
2. Turn into Mahkota Cheras.
3. Turn into Rakan Cheras.
4. Cheras Kajang highway 1 ( before bridge )
5. Cheras Kajang highway 2 ( after bridge ).

If go to balakong side of the silk highway :-

6. Turn into balakong Traffic 1.
7. Turn into balakong Traffic 2.
8. Cars stop in the middle of road to do right turn.
9. ...

I don't know how people can bear with it man ! Big time vomit blood !

That's the point, Silk don't want lose money mah, you want U-turn, can.. pay toll first then use the tunnel in twin palm to u-turn loh...   

Yes, exit already there, but only can go to Semenyih/Kajang direction. If want to U-turn, pay the toll and make U-turn in twin palm.

The root question still unsolved, why developer don't want build an interchange so that sungai long residents can go into silk, either heading to KL or heading to Kajang/Semenyih?

The answer is obvious, money issue loh...

Goodview height in future will face the same problem, only can go into silk heading KL, but cannot come back from KL using silk, need to make a big u-turn... similar replicate nia..

Wah... during morning peak period from sungai long TAR college juction to Cheras Kajang highway need how long? How many traffic lights? Can't remember already..

silk to sg long still ok la... i know it is very jam during peak hour, but only take us 10-15 min itu macam, but from sg long to balakong is very very terrible
