Hi there..

I think improvement can be made.. the traffic lights leading to KL is causing the problem.. close down sum routes and let the routes maintain at 3. Those are:

a)from batu9 balakong to BMC
b) from KL /cheras area into BMC
c)from BMC To KL and balakong..

Or alternatively.. a flyover from and through BMC will serve the best interest.. but the grand saga has to give way..

you are right many of malays are just renting.. so dun buy those rented out, irregardles who is the tenant bangla.. chinese or etc.. sure very bad conddition and badly maintain...

palm walk selling 780k above... desa budiman selling 1 million above.. that TAN MING selling 1.88 or 2.88 million bunglow 3 storey where got takers...
will be quiet for sumtime..

desa budiman townhouse there leh got ppl lu.. the other side Admiral residency and capa residency very gated and guarded.. only hope is that condo nearby TAN MING bunglows there more ppl.. infront got shops .. speedmart..

that goodview residence oso townhouse.. haizzz.. bo lang stay one..

dat y sg long quiet.. UTAR dat side happening oh... hope MCD can bring it ONG...

ya lor no traffic jamm... i from viva mall to klcc osos need 1 hours plus during peak... 35 minutes reach mahkota can.. or cheras sentral.. dudes bought echo hill 2 biji DSL charm.. want to flip to 750k wen VP... bought 405k

The BMC is coz the concessioners... the bmc traffic too many junctions.. some junction is useless..
