I was told that Cheras Idaman 2 can get CF already, my friends saying that the design very nice, gated & guarded somemore, RM730k worth to buy?

I just called an agent from Iproperty, he told me that Cheras Idaman 2 was 99 yrs leased hold, for own staying I think shd be no problem. He told me that got 3 types of double storey houses there selling from 660k to 730k. Anyway, will go visit by this weekend.

I visited Palmwalk 3 last month, but there was a terrible traffic jam from Palmwalk 3 to Cheras-Kajang Highway during weekday, somemore Palmwalk 3 is selling at 750k. In terms of traffic issue & design, i more prefer Cheras Idaman 2 rather than PW3

oyup, will pass by taman rakan-rakan which have some old shops & low cost terrace house, but surrouding Cheras Idmana 2 was Veridian Semi-D, Cheras Tropical Semi-D & superlink house, those are high-end residential. Get to the point, I really don't have such patience to get stuck in the jam for 1 or half an hour, its really kill me

All units have been Sold, now just looking for sub-sales.

Not really good actually, pros & cons as follow:-

Pros: Nice design & modern look, gated & guarded, 700k+ still reasonable, nearby Cheras-Kajang Highway

Cons: leased hold, access road passby taman rakan-rakan (low cost residential), mosque nearby

Just been to the show office yesterday, left only 1 unit 22' x 75' link house, but facing dead lane, I think not consider 3-way junction. Price RM998,000 discount 5%+3%
