Sg Long & BMC is like a ded end alrdy, no more land to develope and expand summore. Not much catalyst around and can't see hugh future boom.

Unless have new shopping mall like Setia Alam, or else commercial will be running quite slow in this area.
Just like last time, Kelana Jaya still don't have Paradigm mall.. it's quite dead also.. now have Zenith residence, Paradigm residence.. all price boom sky high lol I think most people her prefer to go Cheras like Tmn Segar, Cannaught, Velocity, Mid Valley to spend money?
