hahaa ... don really look at the meter when i drive one wor ... fast and safe driver here lo. but this only happen when the traffic is like monday. usually it take me around 40 - 50 mins to reach MV from SG Long.

it's already very wong...got secondary school, got university, soon got primary school, gt shoplots, got AEON jusco, soon got MRT station at nearby balakong...

According to the information, the new development need to access via Taman Rakan road. That road will be more jam coming to the main road.

Sg Long & BMC is like a ded end alrdy, no more land to develope and expand summore. Not much catalyst around and can't see hugh future boom.
Not too far away from KL but location is not very strategic.

How is the purchasing power of people here? Seems still have many vacant shops..

then may be there will have traffic light soon smile.gif I am the gentlemen who always let the ppl come out or going in one. Coz if not i noticed they are quite difficult to come out or go in during the morning peak hours.

spending power is a bit weird. i noticed a lot of rich ppl there but not sure if they spent their money there or not. so as a result, some F&B will open and close quite fast. but some can sustain though, and i hope in future there will get better. i am one of those that willing to drive out and have lunch or dinner else where during the weekend and sometimes weekdays instead of eating at BMC or Sg long >.<" but recently i tried to eat there ... e.g. the mamalicious next to KFC is also quite nice and reasonable price. I just feel sad when i wanted to go the kopitiam there for dinner, most of the hawker stalls run by foreign workers. shakehead.gif

Quite surprise that sungai long is mature but the shops don't do well. All the resident either go Mahkota to shopping and makan or out of sungai long.

There are plenty of land deep inside Desa Budiman. I am sure there will be a new exit on the other side because the main road can't cope with the increasing resident.

Really not doing well? last weekend passby the shoplots beasie UTAR, seems like crowded and many cars in and out...someomore saw a new seafood restaurant open there...really njot good? looks like most shops are open...

the new seafood restaurant that u saw is it the one at the corner unit? same row with KFC? If that's the one, then i think that is donno 3rd boss leow ... smile.gif Open close open close open close. Many years ago they are selling hakka food but later closed and change to new boss. I still like the hakka noodle though. Wonder why they close.

Unless have new shopping mall like Setia Alam, or else commercial will be running quite slow in this area.
Just like last time, Kelana Jaya still don't have Paradigm mall.. it's quite dead also.. now have Zenith residence, Paradigm residence.. all price boom sky high lol

I think most people her prefer to go Cheras like Tmn Segar, Cannaught, Velocity, Mid Valley to spend money? Not too far away..
