guys is there any chance i can find a 600 to 700k double stry around sg.long

new launc is pretty much impossible but new subsales possible ?

Palm walk 3 many are selling at 700k range. Yes new one.
But don't expect hugh build up, mostly are just 18x65 to 20x70 only.

for me red brick is cool and tahan lasak...the only thibg i hate about SHL is their layout seems "recycle" for more than a decade.....swt

Nowadays quite a few high end in sg long loan reject. May be buyer just wait and see. I can see more units coming like semi d and villa completing soon. Tropicana cheras key handing over now. But surprise tropicana need to tumpang other entry lol.

Different ppl different preference..i like this kind of red brick design, looks more uniformity and classic look, kind like those europe country desgin house...dun feel aging even though after few years...
