how's the take up rate for desa budiman bungalow lots? is it a good buy? how's the neighbourhood? no time to visit around yet

Is it that big piece of land next to Desa Budiman 4 with a big house there (bungalow or mansion?)? DB4 side can see majority of the place is 90% Chinese. There are people doing exercise there up the hill. Further down there will be Desa Budiman leasehold bumi lots which is still under construction.

btw, last night i went to BMC AEON, really Oh M Gee ... very long time i never went up stair 1st floor and yesterday i walked to Mr. DIY to look for something and i am so shock to see so many shops already closed down. I think AEON need to do something about it already. At least give ppl 50% rebate for rental if they signed 1 year contract or anything. If it's so empty, lama-lama jadi empty mall. I think they can focus on kids business there, i donno, nursery? Kids playground? tuition center???? LOL! Hope they can focus on this area so that it can turn into a hangout place for all the family with kids during their free time.

From what I can gather through the suggestion boxes (a bit kepo ), it seems majority asking for a cinema. The management should have gotten the point, just that I feel the building a bit kecik to hold a big cinema

for sure if there is cinema, can attract lots of crowd...just like nearby aeon cheras selatan
