Any1 heard there is a shopping mall project in Sg Long? Rumor say SHL propose the land beside the Shell. But seem like so small is it. Anyway better is rumor,if real will make sg long more jam!

Insider news: McD will open at Sg Long soon! Location: Near SHL office beside the Shell station (Not Shell beside UTAR)

For u guys information. SHL soft launch GoodView Height 22x75 & 22x80 DS this weekend. Price from 728k.
Worth to buy? Location may b the main concern. |

1 yr to go for VP (WoW Fast!), now only hv 1 entrance from silk Hw, future will hv 2 connection to Taman Jelok Impian n Kajang Perdana side (Dunno how long to go?!). Launch 151 units for first pahse. Later hv shop lot n Apartment (walk up apt like persona puri?!)
From sg long go thr nid U-turn at semenyih exit (about 10km), but from thr go sg long abt 6km onli. |
