F**k leg day. NO got my heart pumping so fast I got so freakin dizzy during squats. Leg Presses and extensions were a breeze after that though. Met Dan though, decently sized guy with good form haha. Was so out of breath and head was spinning when I said hi lol.

1st pic: 71kg. 31% bf. October 2009. (this is the only pic that i have) (Last Pic) 2nd pic: 64kg. 21% bf. March 2010(right Upper pic) 3rd pic: 70kg. bf= not sure.
