F**k leg day. NO got my heart pumping so fast I got so freakin dizzy during squats. Leg Presses and extensions were a breeze after that though. Met Dan though, decently sized guy with good form haha. Was so out of breath and head was spinning when I said hi lol.

2nd pic: 64kg. 21% bf. March 2010(right Upper pic)

3rd pic: 70kg. bf= not sure. May 2010 (Left Upper pic

errr... reps and sets seems fine.
weight? i am not sure bout ur strength so i cant say anything.
some ppl shrug with 100kg above.
so, it all depends on individual.
but set and reps are ok i guess

i dont know my form is correct or not. im doing shrug by putting the barbell at the back.below my ass........
