Talk to the security there yesterday, the town house got only 58 units with around RM140k, sold out. The DS house, is 20 x 70, about 140 units if not mistaken. The status not sure. Bot DS and town house is for Bumi reserved onli.

the town house i think the developer built it as gift to some buaya... i heard seri budiman singla storey terrace in BMC was f.o.c to buaya too..

the multi million bungalow of tanming mutiara under construction beside desa budiman...
Desa Budiman progress ... developer is very fast.. now almost 85%-90% completed... still got approx 6months before 24mths from launching date..

Not sure whether the gate is cheap or not.. but already few units transacted before VPed and last subsale transacted value was 680k!
