As of Dec 2011 ( approx 17mths)

can see the road is tarred and street lamp is up and the playground started to be fenced..

The quality looks good, facade looks good and the road is nicely built ... no high tension wire and multiple lamp post ...

Ya obviously...but the access is more convenient and not so deep. The developer really had a good designer as much as i like Cheras Vista 2....but price is crazy for CV 2 ...subsale intermediate rm800k...
