Ic. Not familiar with the location and area of Sg Long.

Based on the unit and size of 24 x 75, RM 699k might be fair price but not too kind of easy buy as heard more phases coming in and I am sure the new phase would not more than 750-800k.

DB was sold at 440-490k 2 years back and if really transaction can be done 700k within this few months, a huge profit had been obtained.

Ya obviously...but the access is more convenient and not so deep. The developer really had a good designer as much as i like Cheras Vista 2....but price is crazy for CV 2 ...subsale intermediate rm800k...
