any leads for CV2 subsale? CV3 is only having a fully extended kitchen and i remember the price diff during the launch was 50K more than CV2 and now CV3 has so much diff for subsale? hmm.gif

well, not many seller from CV3, maybe 1 or 2 just trying to ask for higher price, by the way, CV3 have proper GnG, better design and higher land area.

you can't buy TP with RM800k, terrace for TP is at least rm900k now.

Well, for the extra of Rm130k, it is fully furnished! If you pay Rm800k for a bare unit, you still need to furnish it. Rm130k is worth it if you like the furnishings. Move in condition. Save a few months and headaches in renovating. Besdies TP is a true g&g with club facilities which you dont get with your rm800k house.

So, if it is for home stay, there is no contest.

Fyi, CV2 and 3 has the same access which is build at the higher land. CV1 is the 1 built below them. CV2 & 3 has the same facade but 3 has been fully extended. I m not sure whats the subsale for CV2...

a bit confuse, taman putra budiman, cheras vista and desa budiman is by Pujangga Budiman. But desa budiman is malay reserve land = NO?
