I wonder why are people still buying new property when there are so many lelong units in sg long. Everytime i go sg long there are lots of sign showing lelong units. blush.gif

In this case you should really check on the condition of the lelong unit and check whether those unit is stayable or not...

bro, you mean the price for the yet to launch BSL5 superlink?
Surprisingly the officer there told me that it should start from 560k just by few days ago.

Paid deposit last saturday. The response for this project is unbelievable... Though not much people at the show house on saturday and sunday, I am surprised that the houses are selling like Iphones. Any1 have gotten their loan approved? What is the rate that the banks are offering now?

I also hoped so but don't think it is possible coz the ppl thr told me construction will start in Sept, thn the contractor r supposed to pass over the hse for CF within 15 mths, given the time frame, 2011 is almost out of the picture..Mayb Jan/Feb 2012..Hav u paid deposit for the hse?

i dont think DB buyers can get their loan approved so fast...they havent official launched it yet...still pending for permit approval... unless the buyer had already secured Letter of Offer from the developer..which is unlikely becoz this project still pending ..
BLR - 1.8 to 1.9 at this current market..
you bought it for investment or own stay?

I am the 3rd person to place the deposit if not mistaken, just to secure the unit, right after they confirmed the final selling price at 465k/473k after early bird discount. I was not surprise at all by their price revision.

I think once after PBSB get the permit granted, there's still 2 weeks time for us to get the bank loan LO before we sign the SPA. According to them, they will get this done by end of this week.

The rate is not so good nowadays. Bank offers like BLR-1.7 to 1.9 only, even for loan amount of 400k+

i think is 2 weeks after permit granted for the 1st 10% then 21 days for the rest of 90% based on progress schedule....

basically who booked a unit here? please speak out your concern and comment.

brianklc have his concern about the overall outlay design. anyone here have more information about this issue?

i, still studying on the access, future development of the area, etc.

based on their previous Cheras Vista project at mahkota cheras, the gated, landscape, workmanship, design etc are definitely quite good.
if this project can also provide the same quality, that would be a good appreciation value after.
i think sungai long still need another 3 - 4 years to develop, by then the problems like streamyx, damaged road etc can be solve.

i paid my 5k deposit last saturday....
my unit is facind south west, it cast me 473,800. i actually get the bank loan pre-approved before the soft launch. rclxms.gif
