corner of desa budiman is asking for 700k+? There is 1 corner unit at Bukit sg.long with 20 ft land selling for 760k now.

OSD is not a drain, how to cover a POND?
Look at the b'glow fence, its wire mesh not solid wall, that why i say need proper maintenance.
