QUOTE(davidwyl @ Sep 8 2010, 08:58 AM) I dun think it is possible coz ext4 is a Linux partition. But there is a Linux boot up disk image that you can burn on a CD and boot from it (please google it). Then do whatever you want with your Linux partitions. Eject it out from the CD/DVD drive, then boot back into your Windows normally.btw, i started a new bulk for Rumiere Stylus for capacitive touch screen. Do check out my sig. |

Hi guys, I've just created my first android widget to learn more about widget development, anyways this widget is called "Show IP Widget". What it does is basically shows your internal & external IP address, you can check it out with a screenshot of how it looks like here:
http://slideme.org/application/show-ip-widget Do try out my android apps too: http://slideme.org/user/mlbl |

this is an article about how to manage a nexus one with a broken power button.. it's a good read because according to this article the power button will fail to function sooner or latter because of design flaw on HTC side..
www.androidguys.com so when the power button fail to function, we don't have to go to singapore just to fix it.. |

For those on froyo and want to have a direct shortcut to the mobile settings page to enable/disable data and also switch from 2g->3g and vice versa, you can use launcherpro and create activities and select Dialer -> Network Settings. That is the actual activity shortcut to the mobile settings. I've been looking everywhere for this and apparently the name isn't so subtle. Hope this helps someone

Anyone here used or has a quadrant pro? what is your cpu score? i see many talks now about and questioning either does hummingbird is actually fast.. And the hummingbird also is unable to take advantage over the JIT in froyo and that causes the delays of their froyo update..
Seems like only snapdragon gets the sweet over Froyo's JIT compiler and this includes QSD8250 which is in the Nexus one and HTC Desire. Seems like with froyo, QSD8250 wins with CPU but loses on GPU score. Take note that the SGS suffers from the capped Vsync and slow internal forcing them to use the Lagfix to get I/0 score higher. Still, seems like the 65nm QSD8250 is faster in terms of calculation and CPU stuffs.. any thoughts? |
