Hmm I don't know why, my Macbook is like constantly producing electrostatic charges if it being put on any flat surface.
I tried lifting it and only when it's tilted at certain angles it produces no more.

Some say it isn't properly grounded but I already tried using the 3 pin wall charger and it still doesn't work.
Do you guys have any idea what's going on?

Overall i'm happy wif my mbp 13 . Very nice and smooth. The most is like the simplicity of Mac. Love it.

But i juz found out that , Mac service is still very bad i mean in M'sia at least. I got a right arrow key problems juz a minor 1 coz it need to apply more pressure to make work.

So brought my Mbp to the mac store to make some minor twitching. And they told me that need to send to service center in singapore la , this and that la. and other store also the same , need to send to service center but its locally. but somehow you have to send your laptop away for at least 4-5 working days.

I'm juz switch to Mac , before this , i'm a Dell users. Dell can get your things fix on the spot. I think thats the best of Dell. Customer service.

Btw i juz got my Mac for not even a week.

I hope apple in M'sia can improve their service in the future.

Are you absolutely sure you are a dell user?

@lexcorp
Apple is very very particular about repairs, parts and so on. Some Apple partners have tried to con Apple out of parts, service charges and so
forth.

So Apple doesn't actually operate a full-service center here. Dell is not a competitor to Apple, just like Proton is not a competitor to Porsche.

^ congrats! good choice smile.gif

MBP display is really good. i think it's silly to do photo editing on a sub-par display like most pc laptops have

Which mac are you using to play it? I am playing SC2 on my Macbook unibody aluminium, 9400M graphics, very smooth...

Hmm, no apps running at all. Could Paragon NTFS for mac be the culprit? The game seems to be recommending the High settings, so shouldn't it be smooth? But it isn't! Can anyone help?

Added on July 27, 2010, 8:15 pmHmmm, it's like this. So I restarted my MBP, and played it, it was smooth for awhile, and then all of a sudden, it went laggy. What could be the problem?

I guess most laptops these days are up to par with MBs to do photo editing, it's all about preferences.

10.6.4 has graphics issue with nvidia card. It degrades the performance. I'll host up an official driver from nvidia later in my blog. The driver is meant for MacPro , but Ive tested for my MBP i5 330m gt and it does improve the performance !
