Mine streamyx still haven activate.. They say technician will call me, and my appointment will be on 10am..Till now still din call me.

Currently as long as u can get ur uni/college to chop on the form, then mostly ur application will be approved!

You just need to get ur uni/college to chop on the application form, then attach photocopy of ur IC and student card will do.

how the application form look like?

Just received a call from hp saying that they'll gonna send my netbook tomorrow around 7-9pm.. huh, finally.. after waiting for 35 days..

It looks like a form. Yellow-colored one, with blue carbon copy attached to it. It's as big as 2 A4-size paper combined together, with a lot of sections for you to fill in. These sections are clearly labeled with the name of the section stated. And then there's a lot of boxes where you can fill in your particulars, and then there's a couple of place to sign. Oh yeah, it also has the word "TM" and "unipack" on it.

did anyone who terminated their existing streamyx account first managed to get their coolunipack without waiting for 30-days grace period?

27/3 went tmpoint terminate streamyx..

5/4 streamyx officially terminate

9/4 went to apply unipack at tmpoint sban.. The staff at the counter was a TEAM LEADER. She said she will send my application to HQ to be processed since i am still under quarantine.. She said tmpoint dun have the KEY to unlock my quarantine.

20/4 after much waiting and emailing with the TEAM LEADER, this morning requested her to update my application status thru email. Her reply was a Multimedia Registration Confirmation Slip saying tat my application was successful.. Provided me the details of the installer too.. Appoint date is 21/4 at 10pm.. i wonder y izit so late in the night. normal???

this is my case

2/4 went to tmpoint to terminate streamyx, and on the spot they terminated it and gave me a termination confirmation slip. they said that they can bypass the quarantine period, and i can get my coolunipack in 2 weeks time. so i handed in my application on the same day

Now its been more then 2 weeks, just entered my 3rd week since applying. till now haven't recieved any feedback from tmnet. i dont know if my application forms have been processed yet.

If i am upgrade my package from 512kb Combo to the 512kb cool uni pack, will there be any technician to come to my house to configure the setting ? [i have homeline already]

Because i applied on 16.4.2010, and until now no one had contacted me.

call 100 a.k.a celaka everyday.... those technician a.k.a b@st@rd is farking lazy ... called 100 juz nw and told me that those b@st@rd need 3 days time to contact me for homeline installation.... celaka punya ..need ppl rush them for their own job

same dude applied on that date but yet to receive a call from them

i applied new home line together with the streamyx coolunipack, but i received my first month bill with rm26 rental, but no streamyx charges..is that normal or i thought they gonna combine both bill?

I tot coolunipack dont need phone rental?

Did you use the homeline to make calls?

Applied for unicool. In my MIPS status, it didn't mention netbook. Anyone got the same thing?

is 100 the considered as ur so-called "calls" ?
