guys. I went tmpoint just now wanted to upgrade my coolunipack from 512 to 1mb. the officer didn allow saying my contract is two year...zzzz
anyone succesfully upgraded their coolunipack and from which tmpoint u guys done so?

Guys,I have few questions here.
Currently I'm suscribing to streamyx 384kbps package.I still have 1 year more till the contract expired.Can I just transfer the existing line to a unipack package?
How much fine do I have to pay if I want to terminate a line under contract?
Currently the line is under my father's name.Is it possible to to change under my name?

Owh yea. Just got my netbook.
Final year, final sem student, and I manage to get it.
This is my journey. Kinda torturous in someway.
24/3 - Unicool Pack form submitted
29/3 - Was informed that form lost (2nd visit to check status)
31/3 - Submitted form again, but given top priority. <--Got bomb by uni's management.
5/4 - Installation of Homeline (switching existing line to new port)
7/4 - Testing Streamyx. No DSL signal detected. Connection to DSLAM rewired
14/4 - Testing for DSL signal. Success.
15/4 - Streamyx activated.
21/4 - Netbook arrive, 4.30pm
And.... planning to format it.
